A right way to go about developing that is to think about those questions and find the answers that really inspire you. What would make you VERY happy? How do you want to be spending you time – both personal and work time? And who do you want to be around, again – both personally and professionally?

Though I don’t know that there is really a “wrong way” to build your vision other than to not work on it at all, most people don’t focus on the long-term and don’t spend the necessary time to fill in all the details of their ideal vision. These details are very important because they help us create the inspired and specific actions steps that are required to fulfill the vision.
